Ancient stone terraces for taro cultivation can be found on our farm. We restore them carefully with traditional techniques to avoid soil erosion. Our trees get the right amount of minerals yet can still keep their 'feet'(roots) dry. Plus it makes orchard maintenance a tad easier.
