This photo most likely shows sun dried coffee parchment bags being transported to the dry mill for processing to green coffee beans. There are about 50 bags at about 60 lbs weight each on the wagon. That load plus the heavy wooden wagon is therefore at the maximum capacity 4 mules can pull.
